The Open Call is renowned for its incredible ‘Mini Bazaar’ with a range of stalls, from delicious food, colourful crafts, jewellery and clothing. Our stalls are a huge attraction and this is an opportunity for stallholders to sell their wonderful products to a very large number of visitors.
Stall holders will trade across BOTH Saturday and Sunday, along with all our activities, incredible funfair, and stage performances!
NOTE: All proceeds from The Open Call Festival goes back into the local community.

(£100) This is a 2m x 2m space. No table or chairs included.
Providing literature and information about your organisation to visitors at The Open Call 2026 event. *Not to be directly selling at the event.

Stalls such as: Clothes, Toys, Sweets, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Jewellery Merchandise etc.
No sale of any refreshments.

Stalls such as: All Desserts, Hot and Cold Beverages, Cold Snacks, such as crisps or sweets.
No sale of ice cream is permitted as a stand-alone dish, it can be sold to accompany a dessert, but no single sale.
ROAMING
STALL
(£100) New for 2026! This is not a set space, instead you can sell your products on trays or a small cart.
Any of the previous items listed can be sold.
This is a ROAMING stall. You will not have a permanet space and will need to safely move around the festival selling your products.

The sale of burgers is NOT permitted. Checks will be made on the day, and you may be asked to leave if found to be selling.

Stall Holders Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions, before applying for a stall. Staff will be checking all vendors are adhering to the terms and conditions on the day, and anyone found to be breaking the terms and conditions will be asked to leave the site immediately. Further terms and conditions will be on the submission form.
• All stall holders are responsible for their own waste clearing during and after the event. Providing bins for your customers, keeping your area tidy and ensuring all rubbish is taken off site and disposed of correctly, including any cooking oil and materials.
• All stalls are pre-allocated, at the size indicated in your booking. Any requests can be made when you are contacted, however cannot be guaranteed. Any issues surrounding the pre-allocated space or sizing, may result in removal from the site by security.
• A refundable £100 deposit is required to book a stall. This will be fully refundable subject to all terms and conditions being adhered to, 5 – 10 business days after the event.
• All stall holders will be required to arrive with any vehicles between 6am – 9am on the day of the event, outside of those times, you will not be able to gain access to the area with a vehicle due to safety of participants. Stall holders will not be able to bring their vehicles back on to the site until 8pm at the earliest, when security has deemed it safe to do so.
• No vehicles are to be kept on the site itself, unless pre-authorised, due to safety of participants. Pre-authorisation reasons may include your vehicle being part of your stall, for example a donut van, in which case you will be asked to provide a copy of all relevant insurance and will be checked on the day.
• When using a vehicle to set up on the day, we ask that you have your confirmation ready for the team to be able to direct you to your pre-allocated slot as quickly as possible. On entering the site, you must travel within a 5mph speed limit and be aware of pedestrians, bike riders and animals at all times.
