Whether you're a local business or an artisan, the Open Call Festival provides the perfect platform to reach a diverse audience.


The Open Call is renowned for its incredible 'Mini Bazaar' with a range of stalls, from delicious food, colourful crafts, jewellery and clothing.
Our stalls are a huge attraction and this is an opportunity for stallholders to sell their wonderful products to a very large number of visitors.

Please note: No sale of burgers or ice cream is permitted. We are also unable to accept rides, games, or inflatables of any kind. We cannot guarantee you will be the only seller of your item but will do our best to ensure you are not placed directly next to. We hold the right to decline an application, without reason.

Stalls such as: Clothes, Toys, Sweets, Perfumes/Oud, Cosmetics, Jewellery Merchandise etc.

No sale of any refreshments.

REFRESHMENTS STALL
This also INCLUDES a FREE Table.

Stalls such as: All Desserts, Hot and Cold Beverages, Cold Snacks, Olives, etc.

No sale of ice cream is permitted as a stand-alone dish, it can be sold to accompany a dessert, but no single sale.

CATERING

Stalls such as: hot food, which would class as meals. (hot food, snacks, and beverages such as chips, biryani, samosas/ samosa chaat)

The sale of burgers is NOT permitted. Checks will be made on the day, and you may be asked to leave if found to be selling.

Stall Holders Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions, before applying for a stall. Staff will be checking all vendors are adhering to the terms and conditions on the day, and anyone found to be breaking the terms and conditions will be asked to leave the site immediately. Further terms and conditions will be on the submission form.

  • • All stall holders are responsible for their own waste clearing during and after the event. Providing bins for your customers, keeping your area tidy and ensuring all rubbish is taken off site and disposed of correctly, including any cooking oil and materials.
  • • All stalls are pre-allocated, at the size indicated in your booking. Any requests can be made when you are contacted, however cannot be guaranteed. Any issues surrounding the pre-allocated space or sizing, may result in removal from the site by security.
  • • A refundable £100 deposit is required to book a stall. This will be fully refundable subject to all terms and conditions being adhered to, 5 – 10 business days after the event.
  • • All stall holders will be required to arrive with any vehicles between 6am – 9am on the day of the event, outside of those times, you will not be able to gain access to the area with a vehicle due to safety of participants. Stall holders will not be able to bring their vehicles back on to the site until 8pm at the earliest, when security has deemed it safe to do so.
  • • No vehicles are to be kept on the site itself, unless pre-authorised, due to safety of participants. Pre-authorisation reasons may include your vehicle being part of your stall, for example a donut van, in which case you will be asked to provide a copy of all relevant insurance and will be checked on the day.
  • • When using a vehicle to set up on the day, we ask that you have your confirmation ready for the team to be able to direct you to your pre-allocated slot as quickly as possible. On entering the site, you must travel within a 5mph speed limit and be aware of pedestrians, bike riders and animals at all times.

  • • There will be no supply to electricity or a generator, if you are bringing your own, you must notify us beforehand and adhere to all safety regulations and insurance needed, you will be asked to provide a copy of these and will be checked on the day.
  • • Stalls selling burgers, ice cream, inflatables, games or rides will not be accepted.
  • • The Open Call has a zero-tolerance policy to the sale of alcohol, illegal substances or selling and displaying counterfeit goods. If you are found to be in possession of any of these, you will be removed from the site immediately.
  • • The table supplied will be a 6-foot trestle table. Any damage to the table or any other fixtures of Alexandra Park, will result in The Open Call keeping your refundable deposit.
  • • No chairs or cover will be provided for your stall area, please bring your own.
  • • If you are selling food, you must hold the relevant food hygiene certificates, and adhere to all food and hygiene standards, including providing allergen processes and advice. For more information, please see www.gov.uk/food-safety-your-responsibilities
  • • You are responsible for the health and safety and wellbeing of your employees and public in the vicinity of your stall. Please take into consideration adverse weather conditions when planning for the day.
  • • Dependant on the nature of your stall, you will be responsible for any fire equipment, such as fire extinguishers or blankets. You are responsible for fire management within your vicinity.
  • • All goods and personal belongings are the responsibility of the vendor. The Open Call accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, or lost items.

Please note, you are responsible for all members of your team. Anyone found to be not adhering to these terms and conditions, you all may be asked to leave.
The Open Call has a zero-tolerance policy to anti-social behaviour. Any persons directing abuse towards any members of the team or volunteers will be removed immediately by security.
